Nelson is brand name for mobile phones and televisions sets of the company known as Vidoetex International Private Limited. It was previously known as the Bholi Electronics Private Ltd. The company started with the manufacturing of B &W TVs as OEM to other companies, in 1984. After gang a good share of market, the company forayed into color TV’s in 1991. The company has made tremendous growth since then, and is now fostering corporate value to a higher level. It has now entered into mobile phones industry, to have their own, the nelson mobiles. The technology and quality are the prime drivers of the Nelson growth in both TVs and mobiles selling. The company will for now get mobile phones from china under contract with stringent quality norms. This project might make the nelson mobiles also perform even better than the TVs.
